When you make a purchase
from MIC, it is our primary responsibility to deliver you the item(s)
that you ordered.

Once the order has been
delivered to you and you have used the item(s) in your order the
sale is final and complete.

If for any reason you do
not receive an order, please contact us and let us know, so we can
research your order and handle your request. We want to ensure that your order is properly delivered
to you...that is our primary role and objective in serving you.

We will e-mail you if a
product is back-ordered, not available or some other problem (make sure
you give us an accurate email address in your order.)

Product will be shipped
by standard US mail 3-5 days after the payment clears through PayPal
or the credit card processor. All publication orders are shipped US
mail book rate. Additional shipping fees (usually $25.00) may be
required for international orders (not download orders) outside of the US and Canada.

We accept PayPal
payments for our products and services. A small number of products
we offer also can be purchased through direct credit card payment.
If direct card payment is an option, it will clearly marked on the
page offering the product.

We want you to be happy with our products and our company. But we do not
offer refund policy that would allow customers to use our company as
a product trial or preview service. We also do not offer refunds
based on personal opinions or critiques regarding products.

If for any reason a
product is defective our policy is to have you return the product
within 15 days of the purchase and we then will send a replacement product. You may also choose
to exchange the product for another product we offer of equal value.
Download exchanges are free of charge, however on orders that require
shipping, additional mailing and handling fees apply to exchange
items. We test all defective products returned to us on our
computers to verify defects prior to authorizing exchanges.

All orders are processed
during normal business hours 9 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday Pacific
Standard Time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be
processed the next normal business day.

If your order is an electronic download or file, an email message will be
sent within 24 hours of your order with proper download instructions and/or file
attachments. Always provide an accurate email address when placing an
order. If you do not receive this email, please contact us ASAP. It
is our highest priority that you receive the products you order.

Base charges for our
website hosting/and or management customers are as listed on the
site. Our Standard website hosting option comes with "downtime support"
that allows customers to report web server downtime to customer
service so that the server can be brought back online. Customers
desiring a greater level of support will need to upgrade their service to a Windows or
Linux managed account. The Windows and Linux managed hosting
accounts include specified hours per month of general support. If a
customer requires more than their base support time in any given
month, the additional service time will be provided at our current
hourly rate and added to the customer's monthly bill.
